As planning consultants we can look at proposals and advise in terms of the ability of a project to be able to comply with the planning laws. We can then undertake all the necessary works to prepare and make a planning application.

The preparation of and the coordination of all construction information. As the “Architect” we lead the design and construction team coordinating design, structure, heating, ventilation, lighting and power, communications, decoration , external works and landscaping.

Church Quinquennial inspections. As part of the 1957 churches act we are registered with the Manchester, Chester and Derby Diocese to undertake church inspections to Grade II listing.
